Orders are released for shipping within 24 hours.

Shipping Confirmation#

Ship day means a confirmation email with tracking.

"Pre-Transit" status: Normal for a day or two after your label prints. Your package is on its way to the carrier. Not stuck.

Delivery Times After Shipping#

• Regular shipping: 3-5 business days after your order ships.
• Speed can also depend on location and carrier load.

"My order still says 'Pre-Transit' after 3 days."
