Return, refund & exchange policy

Return any UNUSED gear within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products can be tried on, but not used, and must be in the original packaging with tags.

  • Refunds can take up to a week to process
  • Rejected returns are sent back to the original buyer.
  • We only accept returns/exchanges for storelli-au.com. If you purchase the products from another store/site (Storelli US/UK/EU, Amazon, reseller, etc.), that store is responsible for refunds and exchanges.

How to process Returns or Exchanges?

All domestic returns will carry a flat rate fee of $6. All domestic exchanges are free.

How to process International Returns?

Contact us HERE to start a return.

We do not accept international exchanges - simply return your item for a refund and reorder the correct size/item from storelli-au.com.

We do not cover return shipping charges on international orders, including taxes and duties.

Refunds will be made after the return has been received and inspected by our team to ensure the products were not worn or damaged.

NOTE:

Refunds for orders placed with discount codes will be recalculated after the return is considered.
