Returns & Exchanges


Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We truly believe that you will be pleased with our products. We understand, however, that you may need to return something to us for a variety of reasons. Therefore, we will happily accept your return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please read the following policies and procedures for exchanges or returns:

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and properly packed in the original box/bag.

  • Please be aware that because some items are compression garments, all items that have been worn will show signs of wear and will no longer be considered in original condition.

  • Exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process.

  • Credits will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days.

  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.

  • For returning orders that were under a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.

  • All sales on clearance items are final. No returns or exchanges (unless defective from factory).

How to Request an Exchange

Should there be a size or colour that you would prefer to swap/exchange, we ask you to confirm the following:

  1. The tags remain on the item.

  2. The item has not been used or worn outside of trying it on.

Once confirmed, please post it back to us at:

Please include:

  • A note indicating which item/size you would like to exchange to.

  • A return post bag, so our team can re-send the new item back to you.

Exchanges and refunds can take up to 1 week to process from receipt.
