Snug Fit? That's the Point.
Storelli compression gear sits close to the body. Not a defect. The design.
Compression works by staying close. Keeps padding in place, cuts movement, lets you play without adjusting every five minutes. Snug means protection stays exactly where it belongs.
What "Snug" Should Feel Like
- Comfortable pressure. Secure around your body, no restriction on movement or breathing.
- Padding sits flat. Hip, knee, thigh pads align with your body. No bunching, no shifting.
- Full range of motion. Run, dive, slide, no fabric pulling or holding you back.
Cutting into skin, leaving marks, hard to move? Too small. Padding shifting, waistband sliding? Too big.
Youth Sizing
Same compression principles apply. Parents often expect looser, more casual. Storelli's built for the pitch, not the couch.
Tips:
- Measure your player. Don't go by age or school clothes size.
- Use the Fit Finder on each product page. Enter measurements, get a personalized recommendation.
- Between sizes? Go with the larger measurement. Slightly looser compression still performs.
- 3/4 length items (leggings, shirts) can feel tighter than full-length. Compression concentrated over a shorter area. Normal.
How to Measure
- Waist: Narrowest part, just above the hips.
- Hips: Widest part.
- Chest: Fullest part, under the arms.
- Head (for head guards): Circumference just above the eyebrows and ears.
Compare against the Size Guide tab on each product page. Every product has its own chart, sizing varies by type.
Bundles
Bundles mix product types (gloves, apparel, sliders). No single size guide covers everything. Check each item's own product page before ordering.
Bottom line: Storelli gear performs under pressure. Snug fit is how it's built to work. Measure, check the size guide, trust the compression.
