General Policy#

• 30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging.
• Try it on for fit. Just keep it in new condition.

How to Start a Return or Exchange#

Email au.support@storellisports.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to do (return or exchange, and the size/item if it's an exchange). We'll walk you through the next steps directly.

Refunds#

• Issued once we receive and inspect your return.
• Discount code on the order? Refund adjusts proportionally.

Exceptions#

• Past 30 days, returns are generally closed.
• Damaged, used, or worn items don't qualify.
• Wrong or defective item? Email au.support@storellisports.com. We'll make it right.
