We handle AU returns and exchanges directly by email — no self-service portal. See our Returns & Exchanges page for an overview.

Step 1: Check It Qualifies#

• Within 30 days of delivery.
• Tags still on.
• Not used or worn outside of trying it on.

Step 2: Email Us#

Send an email to au.support@storellisports.com with:

• Your order number
• What you'd like to do (return or exchange)
• If it's an exchange, the item/size you'd like instead

Step 3: We Take It From There#

We'll reply with next steps for your specific order.
